KG Consuting & Associates reserves the right to utilize samples of work done for customers as a means of showcasing projects that have been undertaken by the company. Except in cases where project is of a confidential nature and exposure will possibly cause damage or loss to customer.

Termination of contract
KG Consulting & Associates reserves the right to terminate contract if insufficient data is provided to fulfill the task at
hand and a written notification given outlining reason(s) for termination. Should the customer
wish to terminate the coontract, notification must be given before job has started. If however
notice comes after the commencement of the job a value will be made for tasks completed and
customer will be refunded the difference if any.
